Community Meeting ICE/Immigration LA County Jail. The 287g program was voted out by the LA County Board of Supervisors on 5/12/15 on a 3-2 vote and was replaced with the Priority Enforcement Program PEP on a 90 day trial program.

When Citizen Lobbyist Raul Rodriguez began to film the public townhall, he was approached by security personnel and told that all recording devices had to be turned off. Security personnel then approached Robin Hvidston, Executive Director We The People Rising, and told her to turn off her video camera.

Citizen Lobbyists filled the first few rows.
