Who Attended The Hearing for the Illegal from Honduras  Who Killed 5 Americans!

An illegal – with a record of domestic abuse and drug charges – Johnny Josue Sanchez of Honduras killed 5 Americans, on 6/13/16 when he set an intentional fire at an abandoned L.A. building.

The Remembrance Project Members sat in the front row area of the courtroom and wore the Stolen Lives shirts commemorating the victims killed in the fire.

After the hearing the District Attorney prosecuting the case, Sean M. Carney, approached the group and offered to meet with them outside of the courtroom.

Deputy District Attorney Sean M. Carney and Assistant District Attorney Joy Roberts met with the Remembrance Project members.

Deputy District Attorney Sean M. Carney stated that new evidence was entered into the court record at the 12/19/16 hearing, which included photographs. Mr. Carney stated that the reports from the coroner are still being processed. He said that the next hearing is scheduled for 2/28/17. Approximately one month after that 2/28/17 hearing, Deputy District Attorney Sean M. Carney said that extensive evidence will be presented before the court at that preliminary hearing, at the end of March.

The District Attorney will be calling for the death penalty in this case.

BACKGROUND INFO
The illegal – with a record of domestic abuse and drug charges – Johnny Josue Sanchez of Honduras killed 5 Americans on 6/13/16 when he set an intentional fire at an abandoned L.A. building.

In 2012, he was apprehended at the border. He lied to border patrol agents, and said he was a minor so he could be classified as an unaccompanied minor.  He was then transported to a Fullerton, CA juvenile facility and was subsequently released onto U.S. soil. READ SENATOR GRASSLEY’S LETTER below.

Jerry Clemons, 59, and Mary Ann Davis, 44, were a couple who lived in Ottumwa, Iowa. According to May Ann Davis’ Facebook page, on June 10, 2016 they were traveling by bus to Los Angeles to visit her son, Joseph Proennke (Williams), 24, also of Ottumwa, Iowa. His photo is 3rd from the left, above.  Mary Ann Davis posted the 2 photos above, at left, on Facebook, on June 10th,  while they were traveling on the bus to Los Angeles.
