GOP blocks Senate COVID bill, demands votes on immigration

GOP senators voted to block the $10 billion COVID spending bill unless an amendment that prevents Biden from lifting the Trump era Title 42 is included.  All 50 Republicans opposed the measure, if the amendment to keep Title 42 is not included.  Democrats are 13 votes short of the 60 they needed to prevail.
