LA County Supervisor Hilda Solis
LA County Supervisor Hilda Solis has been a major force pushing to transform the Pomona Fairplex into a temporary shelter for border crossers who are unaccompanied minors. Supervisor Solis held a press conference on April 9th in order to announce that the Pomona Fairplex will temporarily house up to 2,500 migrant children who have been in the custody of U.S Customs and Border Protection.
According to staff at the Pomona Fiarplex, as of today, April 13th, there are no unaccompanied minors being housed at the Pomona Fairplex.
CONTACT SUPERVISOR HILDA SOLIS and tell her the plans to set up a migrant shelter at the Pomona Fairplex should NOT move forward. Thereare more than 400,000 U.S. foster kids severely suffering as a result of the pandemic. Help American families and children, such as unemployed American workers, veterans and disabled Americans, not border crossers.

There are more than 400,000 U.S. kids in foster care that are in desperate need of assistance as Biden lavishes millions of dollars on unaccompanied minors illegally crossing the border.
In the article below, an American foster family details how the Kirkland, WA nonprofit, FRIENDS OF YOUTH, is removing a foster family from the nonprofit owned foster home in order to replace the foster family with unaccompanied minors.
CONTACT FRIENDS OF YOUTH, Kirkland, WA. Tell them they should be helping American foster children and not replacing them with border crossing unaccompanied minors because of lucrative federally funded contracts. HELP AMERICAN CHILDREN!
